Hola Amigos! Feliz Navidad!

This is the Nativity display in Torrevieja town square. It is very well put together, and pulls in a constant stream of visitors.

The display has all kinds of scenes of people and events from the time of Jesus’ birth. It also contains some rather hilarious goings on, such as drunk Roman soldiers, and a man relieving himself! Apparently there is one of these ‘Caganers‘ in most nativity scenes, and the Wikipedia article on this chap is rather amusing!

Suffice to say, most of the kids spend their time trying to find this chap, who was hidden away behind some cacti!
