Salt Lakes at Torrevieja
Lynne and I went for a bike rike along the cycle path, which leads up the side of one of the two big salt lakes in Torrevieja:

The salt has a red hew due to the crustaceans which live in the salt water… and this is what turns the Flamencos who live in these waters pink.
